Boiler & Machinery Coverage
Covers repair or replacement of electrical systems, heating, air conditioning or other machinery (except computers) in the event of unexpected breakdown. Many policies also cover lost business that results from the equipment breakdown.

Business Property Insurance
Covers fixed assets like furniture, fixtures, stock, phone systems, and all computer equipment, both owned and leased.

Business Income & Extra Expense
In the event of loss from a covered peril which results in closing your business for a period of time, this coverage pays for lost income and the extra expenses involved in renting temporary office space, furniture, etc., until your space can be restored for use.

Business Interruption and Business Expense Insurance
Pays for the income your company loses, and for additional costs your company pays if a loss makes it impossible for you to work in your office.

Business Owner's Policy
Is a package that bundles property and liability insurance together through one affordable premium. The coverage is relatively broad and meant to appeal to small businesses with 100 or fewer employees.

Crime Insurance (Fidelity Insurance)
Fidelity/Crime Insurance insurance protects organizations from loss of money, securities, or inventory resulting from crime.

Directors and Officers Liability Insurance
Usually required by a board of directors to protect them in the event they are sued in conjunction with their duties as they relate to the company.

E-Business Liability Insurance
A package policy for online service providers that includes coverage for Technology Errors and Omissions Liability, Media and Intellectual Property, and Breach of Computer Security.

Employment Practices Liability
Protects employers against claims made by employees for discrimination (age, sex, race, disability), wrongful termination, and sexual harassment.

Errors and Omissions (Professional Liability)
Errors and Omissions Insurance protects your company from claims if your client holds you responsible for errors, or the failure of your work to perform as promised in your contract.

Fiduciary Liability
Covers a person exercising discretionary authority or control over a company´s employee benefits plans with respect to the management of medical, dental, pension & 401K plans, etc. Coverage is for lawsuits by employees for alleged wrongful acts in management or notification.

Fire Damage Legal Liability
If a company rents or leases office or storage space from a landlord and damage results from loss due to a covered peril, the company may be liable for restoring these leased space to its condition prior to the loss.

General Liability Insurance
If you lease office space, or are hosting your computer at another location, General Liability covers lawsuits arising out of bodily injury or property damage, including libel, slander, and other personal injury and advertising claims.

Group Employee Benefit:
Health, Dental, Long Term Disability, and Life Insurance coverage purchased in the name of the company, and offered to employees as a benefit.

Group Personal Excess Liability Insurance
Group Personal Excess Liability Insurance is a comprehensive benefit for key personnel, managers, and employees. Group Personal Excess Liability provides up to $10,000,000 personal liability coverage for each employee in a defined group, and helps to assure that the most valued staff members´ personal assets are protected.

Hired and Non-Owned Automobile Liability Insurance
Covers your firm's liability if you rent a car, or if your company is sued due to an accident caused by an employee driving on company business.

Intellectual Property Insurance
Covers judgments and legal defense costs if a competitor sues you for copyright, trademark, or patent infringement.

Key Person Life Insurance
Finances the business upon the death of a key employee with tax-free proceeds so that the company can afford to continue operating.

Marine Insurance
A broad type of insurance, generally covering articles that may be transported from one place to another as well as bridges, tunnels and other means of transportation.

Outside Directorship Coverage
Provides coverage for claims brought against the Insured´s directors and officers while serving as a director or officer of an outside entity (any non-profit organization or scheduled for-profit organization) when the Insured has requested that they serve in such capacity.

Personal & Advertising Injury Liability
Covers legal defense expenses and damages for lawsuits from false, malicious or misleading statements, advertisements, promotional flyers or brochures, etc.

Umbrella Liability
Insures losses in excess of amounts covered by other liability insurance policies; also protects the insured in many situations not covered by the usual liability polices.

Workers Compensation Insurance
Usually a statutory coverage, Workers Compensation covers the medical expenses and lost income of your employees if they are hurt on the job.
